中国文化国际传播研究院由北京师范大学与美国国际数据集团(IDG)共同组建,旨在有效整合北京师范大学、美国国际数据集团(IDG)、政府相关部门、企事业单位及社会各界的优势资源,通过开展扎实、深入的学术研究和富有中国文化特色的艺术创作,把中国文化更有力地推向世界,为构建和谐的世界文化贡献力量。
中国文化国际传播研究院实行理事会领导下的院长负责制。设立学术委员会,负责制定研究院学术发展规划,把握学术研究方向,推进有质量的学术研究成果;设立创作委员会,负责制定创作计划,指导或参与艺术创作。
研究院实行项目制,以学术研究或艺术创作具体项目为纽带,建立公开、公平、公正、高效的项目招标与管理机制;根据项目需要设置专门课题组或工作室,面向海内外招聘研究和创作人员,采取首席专家研究/创作团队、专兼职和长短期聘任相结合的人才任用机制;与国内外相关院校、机构建立高层次人才交流访问机制。
Jointly established by Beijing Normal University and International Data Group (IDG) , the Institute for International Communication of Chinese Culture aims to introduce and disseminate Chinese culture worldwide more effectively and contribute to a harmonious world culture through solid, in-depth research and art works with Chinese characteristics by effectively integrating resources from Beijing Normal University, IDG, relevant government departments, enterprises, non-profit organizations and communities.
The Institute for International Communication of Chinese Culture is governed by the Council and managed by the Director. Academic Committee is responsible for the direction and strategic planning of the academic research, hosting and supporting all research activities at the institute; Creativity Committee is responsible for planning, directing and participating in related creative activities.
The institute hosts research and creative projects through an open, fair, efficient bidding and management system, engaging chief experts and research / creative talents worldwide, setting up research teams and studios designed specifically for the projects, as well as exchanging personnel with related organizations throughout the world.
